⚙️ Function

• Mounts a bearing with a 1:12 tapered bore on a 55 mm cylindrical shaft.

• Avoids the need for machining a tapered shaft.

• The bearing is pushed up the sleeve’s taper and locked in place with a nut and washer.

🛠️ Installation Process

1. Slide H212 sleeve onto the 55 mm shaft.

2. Press the bearing onto the tapered sleeve.

3. Tighten KM12 lock nut with a spanner wrench.

4. Use MB12 lock washer to secure the nut by bending a tab into a nut slot.
